WORKING

The work culture is quite important; making sure that the workplace becomes our second home, not a burden. In the outsourcing era of VFX prep services, a decade ago we understood how much patience this would require and the services that need a lot of manpower and in order to deliver before the time so we covered up the changes as well. We have already maintained the pace in delivering remotely also. We always had flexible options for freelancers. Now this is a consequence of COVID - 19 and after a few days of complete lockdown we are now accelerating the work from home setups. After the video call security inspections, technicalities, internet connections, a couples of live interactions and under the security guidelines we are working with the same pace and happier and more excited to feel the load again.

Not every shot has the same complexities, we take smart steps on board while dividing the shots to the artist. We have managed to have a variety of experiences in one single team and making sure that the artist gets the shots according to his or her competence helps us manage shots done before time, and helps us minimize the kickbacks as well.

Everyone here is capable to understand and go through all the guidelines and briefs provided by the supervisors, producers, and directors. This is our experience to learn the details and the briefs come from a different culture and a different country. Our visual effects supervisor takes the control of Match Move so the 3D guy and the comp guy have everything lined up and get the files well structured to pure them further. The Cleanup and Roto team always come one step ahead of us and keep the output on the server before the cgi render completes. The first QC takes place here, at this crucial moment, we put our total involvement checking timelines and revising all the desks again, before packing up the first versions for the client. For the Clients, we provide all the previews with high resolution and low in sizes. Our target is to always lock the output at the very first delivery from our side so our client can save his or her time rather than doing a feedback job they must be involved into the bigger picture of visual effects with the directors.

FEEDBACKS

& FIXES

We are already keeping the buffer time before we have feedback from the Client. Especially for the matchmove jobs, we can say that we never get the kickbacks and quality issues, in the only case where the Director has some changes in the timeline or duration. Do not worry we always fix them asap while not losing the deadlines. The cleanup and comp jobs, always have improvements during the process, do not worry, we are always boosting with the same energy on each feedback. Available 24x7 for video callings to come up with the same level of understanding on the briefs. Our roto and keying services have enough manpower to handle a whole movie in the shortest time along with the feedback as well, during the process. They are superhuman and are working with us. We are proud of them, they handle all the leadership commands by themselves and Clients always appreciate their dedication towards the roto and the keying jobs.

AFTER

APPROVALS

After the approvals, the journey does not stop here until the stories are online for the world. Now if you receive some changes from the Director's table even after all the approvals according to them then there is something which has been missed by all of us. Our services are always open for any request from the Directors even after the approvals. Let us come up together and roll it up again in the way it needs.

DELIVERIES

The deliveries are to go, here we revise all the notes again through each desk before putting the EXR renders. We put our heartfelt efforts into packing up the deliveries, setting up formats, the 3D files and EXRs renders in the most friendly structure to use. And the time of celebrating comes in our team members' lives.

DATA SECURITY

We have managed security assessments at visual effects facilities on the remote with all of its trusted members. Every access to the data is under the most caring and responsible hands. Using the best practice of content security, which outlines standard controls to secure the content, we are continuously working to strengthen security processes across post-production.
